Dit Da Jow

Dit da jow is a powerful liniment that is used for limb forging (hands, feet, shins, etc.) and toe kick training, and to treat injuries suffered during martial art training. Bushido Productions offers four types of dit da jow. Each of these liniments are similar, yet different -- that is, they are created from similar, yet different recipes.

Three of our four dit da jows are typically used during different phases of training. Buddha palm liniment is usually used during the first year of iron palm training, toe kick training, and shin conditioning. It is also typically used as a general injury liniment.

The five elders dit da jow is typically used during the second and third year of iron palm training, toe kick training, and shin conditioning.

The trembling palm liniment is typically used for advanced iron palm training, toe kick training, and shin conditioning, and for trembling palm training.

Master Kim's dit da jow is extremely powerful general purpose liniment that can be used during all phases of all types of martial art training.
